Dr. Miele Cosmed Group S.A., leader of the Dr. Miele Cosmed Group capital group, is a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It made its debut on the main floor on July 10, 2013. Since September 2020, it is included in the WIG80 index, the eighty largest companies listed on the WSE. Acquisition of the assets of the German company domal wittol Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel GmbH and Global Cosmed Group S.A. allowed to redefine the Capital Group’s business strategy. Upon its debut, the company focused on the development of private label business in the cosmetics and chemical industries. Currently, the long-term business strategy is based on the development of its well-known brands: Bobini, Apart, Kret, Sofin and Izo, and their popularization on foreign markets.
